Our machines when included inside the processes of wash, serve to disinfect superficially any type of food product by means of shower or dip, obtaining a total disinfection and without leaving any residue in the surface.

Apart from disinfecting any food product also we disinfect the elements that may be in touch with it. It can be the water in case of dipping process, or the elements that are in touch with the products in case of a shower process.

Model MDL 

The MODELS MDL provide water enriched with Ozone for the disinfection in the processing of all kind of food.

Machine designed to work for one processing line of up to 30 tons hour. Totally automatic machine with control of ozone dissolved in the water.

The machine there includes a destroyer of residual ozone and in addition it incorporates a detector of environmental ozone.

The MODELS MEDL OF SERIES A are capable of producing up to 1.500 liters of neutral water electrolised in 10 working hours, with a concentration of 2.000 PPM oxidizers agents’.

Specially thought for the disinfection for the food processing, by means of shower or dip systems. Highly effective in the disinfection of conduits.

Applicable where a top degree of disinfection is needed. It  does not generate residues. Fully automatic system.

Specially thought to treat big volumes of water type Hydrocoolers, fresh cut produce, water channels for conduction of fruit and big thanks.

Highly effective in the disinfection of conduits.
